Project development officer
Whenever I was inbetween shows, I would assess scripts/novels/treatments for their potential as Grundy Australia productions.
Australia’s Most Wanted – researcher & scriptwriter
From 1992-1994, I was researcher for Victoria and South Australia and scriptwriter of dramatic crime re-enactments Australia-wide. The position required extensive liaison with police forces throughout Australia and included interstate travel, liaison with crime victims, on-camera interviewing and occasional segment producing.
Neighbours – storyliner
In 1992, I relocated to the Grundy Australia Sydney office. My position as storyliner involved creating plot-lines and characters, and writing one or two episode storylines per week.
Researcher and project development officer
Between January and March 1992, I travelled to Singapore and Indonesia to research an international TV project.
Researcher and assistant script editor
Between 1990 and 1992, I was responsible for technical, diplomatic and political accuracy of the ABC series II & III of ‘Embassy ‘. Duties also involved script timing, line editing, one-lining, scene and set breakdowns, and publicity writing.
